In view of the recent Pennsylvania Supreme Court decision in Downingtown Area
School District v. Chester County Board of Assessment Appeals, et al, 590
Pa. 459, 913 A.2d 194 (Pa. 2006) which ruled unconstitutional the 15% variance
allowance between the predetermined ratio and the common level ratio, all
applicable assessment appeal ratios will reflect the common level ratio.
